I'll Sue Ya 3, the triple trouble. (and the end of Fair Use on YouTube)

If you upload a video with a song mixed in, you now best hope it's not detected by the Video ID system.

YouTube's Video ID partners have abandoned Fair Use and now blocks videos if they've been detected by the Video ID system. Any identifiable content is now blocked and banned.

EFF, you'll have your work cut out for this one...

This also brings up a site called YouTomb, it shows nearly all the videos YouTube has taken down.
