First infringement on Youtube... a cross-border ordeal

I posted a video of the beautiful CTV Weather Lady in Vancouver, Tamara Taggart, on youtube a while ago. I expected the video to be taken down by CTV so I didn't really care.

But... when the infringement notice came today, I saw it was from an AMERICAN law firm!!! Come on! The station's in Canada and the law firm's in America!?! Can you believe this?

Let that be a lesson for anyone trying to videotape or photograph a famous star... You can definitly be sued for taking video or pictures of anyone famous.

I'm definitly not going to the PNE next year.

However, this incident does remind me of this song...
