"haha", even innocent as it is, is highly insulting and counts as a flame.
...I don't care what excuse you have to defend your use of it, a insult is an insult and a flame is a flame.

This is *just* barely OK now that you cleared things up, but the John Morrison comment is not acceptable. You still will be reported unless you apologize. Any follow up flame will still get you reported.
